Welsh Cuisine

I've been invited to a tea by a friend to try a traditional Welsh dish. Its a broth thing in which a cow is lobbed. Hence the name Lobscows. The cow is chopped up first to prevent splash back. There is also a Northumbrian Dish called Lob-Scouse which is essentially the same save for one ingredient.
